Our Bean Bar to Process:

It starts by selecting the highest quality organic Chuncho cacao beans from Cusco  – Peru, considered some of the best in the world.
We source our beans directly from local farmers, whom we partner with to facilitate training on cacao farming best-practices, while supporting their economic wellbeing by providing fair compensation for their top-quality cacao beans.
The beans are transported to our artisanal chocolate factory in Lima, Peru, where a team of female chocolatiers, led by founder Lisi Montoya, transform them into award-winning chocolates for you to enjoy!
